Though I must admit, I really didn't think much of Chavez in the first place. Guy just oozes dictator to me - but that's just my opinion.

But to say twitter isn't real is really offensive to the efforts of Catherina here, the efforts of the Tunisia protesters, the efforts of the Egyptian protesters, the efforts of the Libyan protesters.

It's not been retracted, it's posted on his official twitter account. He said it. It actually fits well with the Venezuelan Ambassador saying that "Tripoli is calm."

Apparently it means yankee lover or yankee sympathizer as another poster suggested.

It's basically a 'dirty term' for an American.
