David Letterman Challenges Rand Paul on Tax Cuts for the Rich

Dave can't articulate why Rand Paul is wrong,but he has a feeling that Paul is wrong on taxes.

Dave is a good guy,and knows the unfairness of the tax system that people like Paul want to make worse.

Personally, Dave did not like the guy in jeans - especially after the Leno as competition bit.
