1. Here's one that I took Saturday that I believe really tells the story:

Voter's remorse is one thing, wishing you had actually bothered to vote is another. Governments are formed as well as laws and policies as a result of those who choose to participate in the process. As we have seen here in Wisconsin, not voting has consequences as well.

2. Wisconsin needs a recall election
The voter turnout would be the highest in recent memory

4. Walker cannot be recalled for probably at least another year.
All of this passion and fire must continue to be maintained for that long.

He was elected by less than 125,000 votes and the turnout was 800,000 less than in 2008. Walker somehow managed to get 90% of the number of votes cast for McCain while his opponent, Tom Barrett, only received 60% of the number of votes cast for Obama. If 90% of Democrats here had voted for Barrett then Walker would have easily have been beaten.

6. I'm from Wisconsin and I have no problem with how votes are cast or counted here.
Most of the time things are what they are and require no conspiracy for explanation. For whatever reason, Democrats were not motivated to vote and Republicans were. What happened here in Wisconsin is the result of voter nonparticipation.

I still contend that governments are formed as well as laws and policies as a result of those who choose to participate in the process, not by those who stay home and choose not to vote. I hope the Democratic voters here remember this in the recall elections.

9. The GOP is very good at GOTV in census/reapportionment years.
As a minority party, they're VERY good at rabble-rousing ... and have representation that's far greater than their partisan constituency.
