1. bwa-ha-ha: Cols Dispatches notes they hear the crowd on the inside!

12:54 The crowd noise outside the chamber is still audible on occasion, though not nearly as much as when the speech first began. Those inside the chamber have not spoken out for the last 10-15 minutes. Catcalls from inside the chamber are a first for me in my 13 years at the Statehouse.
