Wasilla Junior High Honor Roll Announced (Palin's grades from 78...not very good))
Source: Wasilla Newspaper

8th Graders with a B average: Sarah Heath (Palin)

No link yet.

Yes, I went to jr high with Sarah Palin. My mom saved everything and low and behold...the local paper's honor roll with Palin right there next to me. I'd make fun of her for having a B average but...I got the same average. Her A+ for PE must have balanced out her D- for history.

2. oh..I don't know her actual grades...just the average
The D- History grade was a joke. But, Wasilla Jr. High wasn't a very good school at the time. The PE teacher had a big wooden paddle he's spank you with if you broke any of his rules.

I have to admit that I don't remember Palin. I was in student govt. and doing things like the prom committee. I don't know what Palin was up to...aside from her picture on the basketball team in the yearbook I don't see her doing much else. Probably too busy hatin' to join a club.

16. Rewriting history one tea bag at a time
They read the Constitution and yet they don't seem to understand a single word of it.

11. wasting their time focusing on that former half term governor

Well said Travelman. I don't believe I've used that person's name in nearly a month now, and I must say I feel much better for it.

13. I wouldn't ALWAYS use grades as a representation of someone's intelligence...
But come on, it's Sarah Palin!

15. she kinda deserves it!
wasilla had a great librarian. the nicest sweetest lady you ever met. I knew her well, when I was on school she had a contest to see who read the most books. I read every single Hardy Boy novel that summer and won a prize. When Palin was mayor she chased out the librarian because she had books that Palin didn't approve of.

Perhaps sharing her grades was my small vengeance for the honor of a really nice librarian who inspired many kids to read.
