Wisconsin Pukes Killed the Unions
Madison —A hastily scheduled conference committee stripped out collective bargaining from Gov. Scott Walker's budget-repair bill and sent it immediately to the Senate, which advanced the measure 18-1.
Sen. Dale Schultz (R-Richland Center) was the only no vote.
There was no debate.
None of the 14 Senate Democrats were present
