3. I've heard more claim it is legal. Regardless it is a trick,
but one that should have been anticipated.

4. One state senator on Rachel's show said two hours' notice was required before the vote
which, of course, was not followed before the vote was taken. He said they would refer this to the state attorney general, who is a Republican :eyes: ; I'm anticipating that they'll be needing a higher authority.

8. Ultimately we will find out more tomorrow and in the days to come regarding its legality.
I think I did see something about that on the early local news here in Wisconsin.

6. Wisconsin Senate possibly breaks the law in passing union-busting measure.
Opponents of the legislation have argued that the rushed and nocturnal nature of the proceedings actually violated the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law. The statute requires that "“all meetings of all state and local governmental bodies shall be publicly held in places reasonably accessible to members of the public and shall be open to all citizens at all times unless otherwise expressly provided by law.” Part of that statute is a 24-hour notice requirement.

7. Can legal battles over this last long enough to recall Walker?
I have been wondering how the delay tactics that have been in use could be sustained long enough to recall Walker. Might this end up working in favor of the public employees?
