They have money, don't need to work if they don't have to. The politicians don't care about re-election because they are basically mercenaries, hired to go in and do a job then get out. The only way to win this is to make them scared. Ideas?

2. Outside of inciting violence nothing comes to mind
Only a personal fear would do the trick, but I wont say I agree with that.

26. Violence is out of the question. You have to do better than that. You have to appeal
to the better nature of people. You have to show them why you're right.

3. Thats not exactly correct.
One way to stop someone doing wrong is to scare them, that is short term, and they just get more brave anyways.

Fear is a short term fix that doesn't work out for long, it creates a downward spiral of needing more fear.

The other way is education, that is the part that helps people decide to be what they want to be, and many times it is actually fear that holds them back.

Then there is a group that wont learn, and since fear is not the best way, you just remove what ever they have that gives them any influence. That is actually why they try to smear people and take their beer and travel money. Also why blacklisting and things like that exist, but that is all material and not the only ways to have an influence.

But anyways, I am still due beer and travel money and many experiences.

21. General Strike that lasts for weeks-there will be no one to hire
to fill those that are hired. Or if there are any hires, it will be scab work and they'll be confronted at the doors.

In six months, we'll take back the legislature. And in one year, Walker will be out of there!

25. If only the Democratic Party cared at all about computer voting -- !!!
Ironic isn't it -- how many elections stolen from them by GOP voting machines

and they act like they couldn't care less?

In fact, the subject is taboo in Dem Party for elected officials cause leaders

don't want to talk about computer voting and have public get the idea that our

elections aren't honest! Dem leadership worries that Dems wouldn't come out to vote!

Edited on Thu Mar-10-11 12:00 AM by Proud Liberal Dem
What we need to do is stop fighting each other and figure out a way to sic the Teabaggers and/or their corporate benefactors on them. Get all of them, Rush, Hannity, et. al. turning against the Republicans. Those are the only people they truly seem to fear offending.

16. Arrests and imprisonment for violation of state laws
All of the Republicans can go suck their own PIC teats and get their crap for $0.01 a day.

That's what the unionized cops should do. And recall the state AG if that useless lump of crap won't indict Walker and all the Republicans in the WI Assembly/Senate for violations of the open meeting law. And you know that the state AG will not do it because he's a useless piece of crap.

17. FUCK WITH THEIR MONEY: General Strike!
I mean the maximum amount of economic disruption possible. Shut down the buses, trains, subways, airports. Shut down the schools. Blockade roads and stores. BRING COMMERCE TO A HALT!

If they send scabs, block them until they send Pinkertons. Occupy the stores and factories and keep them from being used to make money for the oligarchs.

You have to make them bleed money on the scale of tens of millions of dollars a day. Only then will you force them to make concessions at the bargaining table.

18. Simple a few nitwit Teabaggers are destroying the country,
get our f-----g ass out on the street like in the 60's. They have gained power by dividing us and
turning us on each other. White against black, straight against gay, pro gun against anti gun, pro abortion rights against anti abortion rights, union against non union, north against south, fear of Muslims, etc. The wealthy care about power and money and couldn't care less about any of those issues. If the working people would organize and quit fighting each other we could win easy.

27. ... and it's all faked -- and pushed by corporate-press -- !!
From GOP/NRA to GOP/Christian Coalition -- from GOP/"pro-life" murderers to

GOP/T-baggers and everything in between. The right wing has nothing which they

have created and financed!!

And that includes trying to create a VIOLENT Islamic strain --

US/CIA created those vile textbooks you heard so much about on your TV --

wrote them, printed them and shipped them into ME -- !!

If you want more info on that, let me know.

GOP/corporates also used every filthy trick to destroy unions -- including MAFIA.

We might say GOP/elites' MAFIA --

GOP gave start up funding for the Christian Coalition in the 1980's --

The Right Wing Koch Bros Funded the DLC

http://upload.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x498414

It's all an illusion --

As Cheney used to say -- and John Mitchell before him - as they predicted the nation going

to the right ... "We create the reality and everyone else lives it" -- !!
