Oh wait.....this could be ENTIRELY wrong, but mebbe not......hear me out....

Now Blackwater (now called 'Xe') SUPPOSEDLY has a facility in Lena, IL. Lena, IL is just a little-itty-bitty-tiny-teeney-town that no one has EVER heard of, unless they have some reason to go back-and-forth between the Chicago area and the Dubuque area.....which I do REGULARLY. The ONLY thing Lena has going for it, as I see it passing by, is a restaurant called 'Rafters' and some kind of big smokey thing that MIGHT be producing ethynol from corn????? (DU'er's please educamate me on what this big silo smoking structure might be. I've often wondered.)

I really wonder if Blackwater (aka 'Xe') is even there - or ever WAS THERE AT ALL!!!

Potemkin Villages and all of that.....Was Blackwater (Xe) EVER in Lena, IL? And if so, are they still there?

OBVIOUSLY, I am not "in the know".....but my "sense of 'does this make sense ~ or not" is surely in high gear.
