Toll Booth Tryanny - Drivers Illegaly Detained at Toll Plazas in Fla.

In this News 10 WTSB clip, the police state is subtly attempting collect personal information from motorists who pay tolls with $20 bills or larger. If the driver refuses to give this information they are detained. Regular citizen turned activist, Robert Chandler, is planning a class action lawsuit to stop the illegal practice.

9. I was in Florida on February 21st, that was the day they eliminated

toll booths. From that date on you are automatically billed from a Sunpass sticker in your window or your licence plate is electronically read and you are sent a bill.

11. Not on Alligator alley I 75 , I crossed it on February 17 and

paid at the toll booth on February 21 they were closed. I was driving a rental car with a Sunpass and the toll was charged on my credit card.
