The tragedy in Japan just TOTALLY knocked Wisconsin off of the radar.

3. Add a Japanese flag to your sign
and come on down (or up, or whatever the case is).

I've spent the entire day in tears, but I'm going with my laryngitis, picking up my 82-year old dad on the way, and going to admire the tractors and listen to speakers, and then at 3:00 we'll help to welcome back the Fabulous 14. I've been at the Capitol every day that I haven't been sick, and I don't care WHAT happens tomorrow, I'm going to be there.

Being knocked off the radar means we need even MORE people here, not fewer.

9. If you were only going because you thought you might be on the news
Then I guess you shouldn't go?

All due respect to Japan, but how do events there mean that we no longer need to worry about being sold to corporations here? Unless the earthquake somehow made us a democracy again, yes, you should go.

12. Yes, absolutely!
Do you think that Walker, Fitzgerald et. al are going to cease THEIR efforts because of the unfortunate natural disaster in Japan?

Hardly!

I commend you on your sympathy and compassion, but you are needed in Wisconsin if you can be there!

SOLIDARITY!

25. Don't get discouraged. Or at least don't get .......
permanently discouraged. This will NOT be a one and done, if we expect to get ANYTHING done. This is going to take a sustained effort from ALL of us. If you ain't rich, you should be at a rally and/or demonstration SOMEWHERE!

and wear your cool hat so I can pick you out.

Yes, I feel for the tragedy that has hit the people of Japan. Nothing I can do today about that which I can't also do Sunday, Monday, whenever next week.

You will hate missing this, trust me!!

In fact, they hope for it. Because then people don't watch what they're doing.

Seriously, WTF? "I can't give my attention to (something) because (something else) is much worse." Is that what you're saying?
