America's top nuclear power expert is being flown to Japan by the USAF

AP Washington, D.C. 3/12/11

President Barack Obama has ordered the United States Air Force to fly America's top
nuck-leer expert on a B-52 at supersonic speeds from Laughlin Air Force Base with
in an hour to north central Japan. The expert's name is being withheld but he is also
known to be very good in international relations, economics, and his father has also
been know to have had personal diplomatic relations w/ high ranking members of the
Japanese Government.

happens.

Under President Clinton, the Midwest floods were responded to quickly and effectively. He had qualified experts in place and believes in government helping out citizens.
Under Bush, Katrina was not responded to because he had unqualified cronies in place and didn't really care about government helping citizens.

Under Obama, you had experts doing their best to get the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf contained ASAP.
Under Bush, you had no oversight of the oil refineries safety record and this directly caused the BP Oil Spill.

2. There would have been no BP gulf oil spill / gusher if Bush had not ...

... been placed into the POTUS / by the SCOTUS. Cheney's energy task force
removed the need for deep water wells to have sonic cut off valves that would
have stopped the oil from ever getting out of the BP well.
