But then there’s the Klan, -- the American Nazi Party, -- the Westboro Baptist Church homophobes who picket funerals of veterans, -- the Tea Baggers and the Republican Party, -- those who bought and paid for the Tea Baggers and the Republican Party, and so many others.

Oh, screw it. Why am I even bothering to make a list that’s far too long to explain how America took a turn into insanity?

I’m fed up with it and sick of it. But the planet has gotten too small for any of us to walk away.

So what’s your survival plan?
