1. I'll pick Half-Governor Plain for the block.
I don't know Michelle Rhee well enough to make that judgment and I think Michelle Bachman is a true believer. So eliminating both of them makes "All of the above" an impossible choice for me and given the choices, Caribou Barbie gets my vote.
