The Tea Baggers got a slap in the face from the Va GOP - Primary not Convention
:bounce: <-- Va GOP
 <-- Va Tea Party

 <-- me

Apparently the old boy party faithful decided with no Tea input to not have a convention but to rather have a primary.
Basically they chose George Allen as the 2012 Senate nominee.

The local RW radio host was beside himself this afternoon in complete disbelief.

1. We'll see if it makes a difference
Certainly Bob Bennett in Utah would have greatly preferred a primary contest to the party convention stacked with Tea Baggers that cost him the re-nomination for his Senate seat. Is Macaca Allen so popular with the state GOP in general that his winning the primary is a sure thing?
