1. A Party that votes to appeal to a small minority of voters seems to be counter-intuitive.
There are lots of conservatives that enjoy public radio. Oh well, hopefully, this is another example of over-reach that will resonate to their disadvantage in 2012. Meanwhile, no meaningful discussion or legislation to deal with the real issues all Americans are concerned with. If Jim O'Keefe is the puppetmaster of the Republican Party, they are in deep trouble.

2. I agree with all you say. I think I'd feel better if I knew...
...a majority of the population were watching C-Span and noticing what they stand for, instead of watching Beck and company. :hi:

4. As long as war is a profitable proposition for the Republicons and some Dems,
they will vote for war over peace every time. If all of the family members, of all of those who voted to continue war, and all of the rich and powerful who support war had to be the first to be deployed into a war zone, how quickly their votes would change. Until then, it's war as usual to them, with all the profit and none of the sacrifice.
