1. funny isn't it. we don't want government regulating corporations
and to let the court system offer the remedies. yet here we are trying to get rid of the court remedies. hmmm.

3. We have that here in PA, too- there was a big ad campaign several years ago
stating that many MD's would be leaving PA because they could not afford the malpractice insurance, many companies were leaving PA due to "excessive" lawsuits, etc...the only losers are the victims of corporate greed and criminal negligence.
