To those of you who judge: this is one of the few times I agree with the Bible
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again

--Matthew 7, KJV of the Bible

I'm not one to argue with the Bible, as none of it can be proven, not even whether the characters in it even existed.

But this is one of those times where the broken clock strikes it right, twice a day.

Those who judge others behave in a capacity of the utmost hubris: they claim to know the judged better than the judged know themsleves. They claim that any defense they put up is invalid, because the person must be lying or exaggerating. At its core, judging is decidedly un-christian, unethical and immoral. Funny how so many followers of this belief fail on this rule time and time again. This is something that is of the utmost hypocrisy - and it shows a disconnect from them and humanity. An ability to roll back any empathy in favor of climbing upon said person, and then kicking that person in the teeth.

1. And how is it, exactly, that you're not judging others now?
That's one of the most sharpest double edged quotes ever ya'know.

4. Except if you're republican, super-rich, or have friends that are....
...then, of course, it is acceptable, in social circles.

6. That line isn't against judging, it is saying that you must be held to the same standard
It is in no way telling people NOT to judge others.
