Libyans gather for funerals of alleged victims of airstrike By the CNN Wire Staff
http://edition.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/africa/03/24/libya.war/
Tripoli, Libya (CNN) -- After a fifth consecutive night of pounding by coalition jets, Libyans gathered at a seaside cemetery in Tripoli Thursday for the funerals of 33 people Moammar Gadhafi's government said were victims of an airstrike.
State television broadcast the funerals live, calling the dead victims of the "crusader colonial aggression." Earlier, a Libyan government official said coalition planes struck the suburb of Tajura and state TV showed images of fires, smoldering vehicles and the charred bodies of the dead.

CNN is PAID to SAY *ALLEGED*...We ALL KNOW IT! WAR...BOMBS..BULLETS.. = DEATH! nuf said..

1. As I stated in my other OP, anything the Libya government says is not only suspect but likely a lie
This is no different.

5. They say "Alleged" because it is 90% certain Gahdafi TV staged it.

Libyan State TV is 24/7 propaganda. There were some pretty convincing tweets out of Libya yesterday that army was dragging the bodies of people they had killed to the bomb sites. Then broadcasting on Libya TV that these people were killed by bombs. When you could clearly seen in the picture that they had bullet wounds

7. There have been reports that Gaddafi's troops have been moving the bodies...
of people killed by regime forces to the sites of airstrikes. So in this case "alleged" seems to be appropriate; given that this is going on the veracity of the Gaddafi regime's claims here is highly questionable.
