The Nuclear Dilemma

I was just listening to live press conference by chief secretary Edano and here is the problem.

The more water they inject into the reactors the more highly radioactive water do they find either outside the facility or in the underground turbine building. The problem is if they stop injecting water the rods will overheat and you will have more problems.

He also said that they are going to monitor for Plutonium levels. (Hard to believe they just started doing that now) Given the nature of Plutonium isotopes they found, Edano said that it should be from the nuclear plant. If levels do increase in further testing then they are going to take some measures. (Not sure what)
