If we have to intervene everywhere or nowhere then don't get upset if we don't intervene to stop another Rwanda, and if you are then all that means is yes you too sometimes think it's necessary to intervene, you've just got a different trigger for when that line is crossed.

That you can't put out every fire does not mean you should sit back and watch everything burn.
