Congress Junkets--who keeps track

Illinois Representative Don Manzullo was on a junket to New Zealand recently. Almost was caught in an earthquake there. Wife was along. Sounds very relaxing.

Not long after, he voted to defund NPR--too expensive according to him.

So is anyone keeping track of these junkets and how much they cost?
