Have I overlooked it, or is there no automatic recount in
Wisconsin and that a recount has to be asked and paid for. The manual is here:

2. I also just noticed the 2 Milwaukee precincts came in and

didn't change the vote totals at all. What's with that?
Just checked again and the totals went up..she is now 235 ahead.
