strange that the national MSM has very little to say about what is happening in Wisconsin. It is
either delegated to a back page, or not even there

No matter what happens, will the MSM report about how a virtual unknown who was supposed to lose came out of no where, and what that implies, especially in regard to the anti-labor polices of the republicans. I won't hold my breath

There is no such thing as a liberal media, it is all corporate

2. Their job is to maintain the facade that the Far Right is the only growing political force
and that the rest of the nation needs to bend to their demands...demands which just happen to coincide with the fascist goals of the financial and corporate elite.

4. Well, they have their priorities!
I mean, C'mon, Charlie Sheen is still in crisis, and there is a royal wedding coming up.

What could be more important than Charlie Sheen! :sarcasm:

5. There's NEVER been a "liberal" media...........
That was a myth from the first day that it was uttered. The media during the Vietnam War didn't turn against that war UNTIL a majority of the PEOPLE had already turned against it. I was there and I REMEMBER wondering WHY the media was cheerleading for a bloody and unjust war. AND I WAS ONLY 14 YEARS OLD WHEN I MADE THAT OBSERVATION!

What there WAS back then was a media that mostly reported facts and not opinion masquerading as facts. And facts, as has been observed many times, has a "liberal" bias.

7. They were all over it last night until it looked like all
precincts left open were likely for Jo Ann - then it was, no longer news...since about 2 a.m.

9. It would help gain National Exposure...
.... if the National Democratic Party would actively "Take Sides" with the Unions.
They don't have to actually GO to Wisconsin,
but unambiguous statements claiming LABOR & Working Class RIGHTS are non-negotiable
would gain national attention.

Support for Organized LABOR IS in the Party Platform.

at some point we have to recognize that we don't really stand for them."

10. The M$M is owned by their sponsors and as such work for
a faceless group of conglomerates. Reporting anything but what their paymasters WANT in the 'news' would probably be grounds for dismissal. We have the most damaging group of 'news outlets' in America and getting worse by the day. Someone will have to step up and hold ALL of them accountable for their lies and bias.

11. Looking Google News, it appears that
the MSM is reporting the story. Where were you looking? It's a virtual tie, and will require a runoff. I found lots of stories from today on the results. The evening news will cover it, no doubt.
