I think it might be time to give up.

The American system is beyond repair. There is no way of fighting the entrenched power of the corporations, as the latest stolen election in Wisconsin proves.

I have enough immigration credits to move to Canada, and were someone to offer me a job there (or, preferably, the UK) I think I might just jump in a heartbeat.

This is not my country.

1. Well, if you can leave the country I understand that. But if not keep fighting.

4. Plus, if you move to Canada you can watch real 'fair and balanced' news.
Not like the shite we get here in the States.

5. Canada is not immune from all of this.
There are right wingers there, too, who also are trying to take over the country.

One reason I'd prefer the UK.
The Tories there are actually just slightly to the right of Obama right now. The far right hasn't infiltrated that far yet.

6. Don't go yet......real change comes when enough of us see ourselves as already dead !
You can't beat people who see themselves as already dead.

7. Never give up. This Wisconsin election doesn't look great right now, but those crooks
have made mistakes due to their rabid desperation. Wisconsinites have shown the grit it takes to shine the light on any impropriety.

And the best place to start looking is here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x837843.
