14. First of all, if it did, so what? Socialism isn't a bad thing.
Secondly, no. Socialism is more than just government services, while those are very good, they aren't socialism. Socialism is a new economic order opposed and in contrast with capitalism. Here is a definition: "A political and economic theory of social organization that advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole." Until we have that we don't have socialism, despite how much we need it or how much the crazies on the Right insist we do.
