Tornado debris is being found 100 miles away from damaged areas.
I have been reading the Facebook page where people are listing things they have found as the tornadoes passed overhead.
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Pictures-and-Documents-found-after-the-April-27-2011-Tornadoes/162443980482277

"Hamilton County, TN: “Tornado debris found in my yard today: invoice from Ider, AL,
piece of newspaper from Cullman, AL, and bank document from Meridian, MS."

"i had a frozen pork chop fall out of the sky and land next to a presciption from willie harris the script was from tuscaloosa parker drug store i live in mount olive alabama over 100 miles away"

Also a Facebook page is up for lost and found pets ( great idea!!!)
http://www.facebook.com/ALTornadoAnimals

and one for missing people/survivors:

gosh, does this not remind you of the Japan Facebook pages????

11. Until now, I had never realized, never heard, of the ...fallout, literally.
I am very happily amazed at the power of Facebook, tho, in times like this.

3. "Blythe's 1st tooth, 5-1-2010."
I live in Athens, AL and found a baby's first tooth in a ziplock bag in my backyard. Written on the outside of the bag: "Blythe's 1st tooth, 5-1-2010."

" “Tornado debris found in my yard today: invoice from Ider, AL, piece of newspaper from Cullman, AL, and bank document from Meridian, MS. These among pieces of insulation, shingles, and other pieces of building materials. There was also a page from a bible. It's sad to think about the people that these items once belonged to and what must have happened to their homes.”"
