This Recall Business Can Be Harder Than It Looks

Thanks to Scott Walker's union-busting, Wisconsin is facing an unprecedented wave of recall efforts, with 8 Democrats and 8 Republicans targeted. But it turns out you have to have popular support to make it work. A 4th effort against Democrats just failed to get enough signatures. The 6th against the GOP just got 10,000 more names than they needed; two more efforts are still collecting signatures.
