Does Luther Strange get to vote on the tax bill?

While the newly-elected Senator, Doug Jones, sits down in Alabama twiddling his thumbs?

It doesn't sound right.

But McConnell is good at keeping Democrats from voting.

normally it's two months, from the first tuesday in november to january 3.

i won't say they're not delaying certification in alabama or rushing things in washington, but some delay is normal and unavoidable.
