If this is a Trump victory then this is War.

Pearl Harbor has been bombed. The enemy thinks they have crippled us by plunging the nation into debt and poverty. Take away our health, our savings, our houses and our jobs, and we will be too weak to fight back—that’s how the story is supposed to go.

Trump’s Russian handlers have always had a tin ear when it comes to the heart and mind of this country. This demonstration of Republican Authoritarian Power looks more like unbridled greed and bullying to your average American. With an added twist. Billions of our tax dollars will be flowing into the hands of foreign elites—like Putin.

The battle lines have been drawn. Time to saddle up. The next ten months will be rough, but we, the people will win. This in 1776 all over again, but this time Putin is playing the role of King George. Show him what a real Boston Tea Party looks like. Taxation without representation is tyranny. Taxing a people to fill the pockets of foreign leaders is treason!

I bet there are some reasons, still.

I know of one, if they are anti choice, but other than that, I cant think of ONE.

Not a god damn one.

As long as Dems recognize that this is war and not politics as usual, we will overcome. But we will need to be a lot less....congenial with folks like Jill Stein. Third party splitters should not be tolerated unless they can show us that they a chance of actually winning. We have allowed overselves to be divided and conquered in the name of “inclusiveness.”

With so many who just can't look past him to the monster filling the background, should we hope they don't mistake their own feet for Trump? Or that they do in hopes it'll somehow wake them up?

Since the 1970s, planetary wealth has quadrupled, much of it concentrated right here in the U.S., a tsunami-type sea change in socioeconomic realities.

We didn't grow up watching it grow up quietly and uncommented on, and most media are not exactly screaming and yelling at us to run.

I gave you a clue. Do you think if Trump AND Putin dropped dead democracy would be safe? (Answer, no real change.)
