We already get little to no benefit from the yearly cost- of- living raises due to big jumps in health care premiums each year and this bill seems likely to create higher health care costs.

6. This is the last year my daughter is an exemption

but my taxes will be $1700 lower next year ($2700 if I was not taking my daughter this year).

I am thinking everyone except really high deductions is going to be in the same boat.

I don't think this plan is going to hurt the Republicans that much 2018. It is designed that way.

our children be before they can not be dependents and/or is it if they are still living primarily at home?

I think if they are college students. My daughter graduated in August and started working in October. The timing could not be more perfect for me as far as tax savings.

From a broader economic viewpoint the plan is a disaster.

.... doesn't save me jack shit.


Then when you figure all the cuts they will make to SS and Medicare and everything else we need..... it will be a big net loss for most Americans.
