I will bet that they were the same bullies back when they were children. It is something dark and evil inside a person that would make them laugh at disabled and ill people.

rename the party ... like "Grand Old Sociopaths" or something. Waaaaay back, there was a time when moderate republicans were good to work with, some agreements could be made. ... but these new critters have tarnished the old GOP and morphed it into a diabolical creature. They are not a party, they are a diabolical cult.
