Trump speaking to West Palm Beach firefighters. Thanks them for their service. Bragging about the

stock market. More legislation passed than Harry Truman. All the signs of a slapped together event. Those people are on duty. They had no choice but to be there during the holiday.

As time passes since we returned from evacuation, the extent of the damage to the back yard has become much more obvious. The barranca below our property was scoured out -- we saw that the first day. The fire got a lot closer to the house than we initially thought, for one thing; the damage to the 200 year old oak tree was more extensive; and it is obvious by now that the fire really had no reason to stop where it did without people standing out there hosing the holy hell out of it.

Thank you, firefighters of America. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I'm so sorry the current potus is a fcking moron who can never appreciate what you do.
