it makes sense. Mueller better drop the hammer soon before it gets even more politicized.

one where we take this country back. The gop are worse than the Mafia. Stick together protecting the worst of the worst. They are deep in Russian money, and voter manipulation. Honesty left the gop years ago, now they thrive on dirty tricks. The bad part is, they get away with it because some people are too stupid to "see the light".

And the traitorous republicans will completely discredit his entire investigation. ..... At least with the morons that voted for the moron.

6. He won't. The investigation still has a long, long long way to go.

To finish early because of political consequences would make the investigation itself political and Mueller isn't the sort of guy who would do that.
Besides, being in the FBI probably means he sides with Republicans in most issues anyway. He's not doing this to support Democrats. He is simply trying to capture the law breakers.

It may be that technically Trump hasn't broken any laws in dealing with Russians so he may never be brought to justice for that.
His financial crimes could be another story though.

We're talking about a sitting President and his family. He knows what's he's doing and how to investigate. I heard Malcolm Nance believe it will be March.

Whinny Republicans need to be careful on how much they really want to protect here.

If Mueller's is still going through evidence at election time, it really won't matter. The voters will tell us where they stand on this.

Some talking head allowed that if the Mueller investigation isn't complete by the end of August (which seems unlikely), it will go quiet until after the election. The theory is that Mueller, unlike Comey, will follow the FBI policy not to let investigations interfere in elections.

Seemed reasonable.

And that is understandable. We don't need another James Comey.

Of course, Russia-gate is all too real, while the fake email scandal was a total fraud from beginning to end.

What matters will be the indictments and charging documents, then the criminal trials and evidence revealed.
