This is being reported on the local television news.
The warrant was served out of the Eastern District Virginia Court. The same one that issued the Manafort warrant.
I havent found anything online about this yet. Large FBI presence and multiple boxes being removed from a condominium in Sterling VA.
I will update as more info comes out.
ETA: So far the only online mention of this is by FOX.

I'm guessing this would be a rental.

(3,827 posts)STERLING, Va. - The FBI is conducting a raid in a Northern Virginia neighborhood on Friday.
Aerial footage from SkyFox showed police activity taking place in the 46900 block of Courtyard Square in Sterling.
At this time we can only confirm that there is court authorized law enforcement activity in Sterling, Virginia, an FBI spokesperson said in a statement.
No further information was given by authorities at this time.
FOX 5's Cori Coffin reports that FBI agents along with members of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and Virginia State Police were going in and out of a home on the street. There is also a mobile unit stationed in the area with FBI agents inside. Several law enforcement members were seen bringing items and boxes from the home.
A neighbor told FOX 5 that a family moved into the home where the raid is taking place about a month ago.

I doubt this is Trump related. lol

(16,254 posts)Any idea what that means? Defective equipment? What would that have to do with VA Admin.? Strange
Yonnie3
(17,491 posts)Gotta love them cryptic posts.
VA is most likely Virginia as the VA doesn't have courts. Defective equipment is a very common motor vehicle violation in Virginia. Possibly this is a record of that ticket. So ... someone, who may or may not own, the Townhouse being searched may have gotten a ticket for a broken taillight or something or other.

STERLING, Va. (ABC7) The FBI and other law enforcement spent hours raiding a condominium Friday in a Loudoun County neighborhood.
The raid took place at a home in the Chatham Green Condominiums in the 46900 block of Courtyard Square in Sterling.
The FBI has not said what it's investigating, only confirming that they were carrying out court authorized law enforcement activity based on a federal warrant coming out of the Eastern District of Virginia.
FBI agents took boxes and other items from the home and left around 7:30 p.m. after neighbors told ABC7 they arrived in the afternoon.
Neighbors said that at least one man and one woman who they say dressed "Middle Eastern" moved into the home a few months ago. Neighbors said the man would wear a long black robe and had a long beard, while the woman wore a burqa.
