It has been 100 days since Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, and the U.S. territory is struggling with scarce resources and strained health care services, with about half of the island still lacking power, officials and residents told Newsweek. The struggles drag on as the death toll from the monster storm keeps risingpossibly topping 1,000 peopleand local leaders say President Donald Trump still turns a blind eye to the island's pain.
He has failed the moral imperative that any leader of the free world should hold at the highest level, San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz said about the recovery efforts.
All he needs to do is simple: do his job. I think the world has seen a commander in chief unable to command, she said.

I bet this instills confidence in the folk of Guam that we are committed to protecting them.

she is crying into the wilderness.
Charging an "import" tax is the last straw-- if they are willing to do this, they are willing to let the island sink into the sea.
Is it time for statehood? Not right now, but let's see how November goes...

and they have registered to vote, and their relatives who already lived there in Florida vote as well, and they will never forget this.

Drumpf thinks Puerto Rico has a President and is a different country. And the rest of the GOP lines up behind the idiot.

I hope they all vote (and their relatives and friends). We need to keep reminding everyone about the cruel, sociopathic policies by the GOP and the Moron until the midterms.
