I can speak American standard English and I can slather it with a thick East Texas Accent.

So I can travel through Texas and pass off as a good-old-boy.

So I've had a chance to experience the deep racist animosity against Mexican Americans coming from the mouths of shit kicking goat-ropers when they think they're surrounded by their own kind.

It is ugly.
