If the election was stolen...

... not just the Presidency, but also some house and Senate seats, and then they handed themselves a tax cut, while bankrupting the government, isn’t that also part of the crime?

Assuming there was conspiracy to commit treason against the 323 million people of America, what would be the legal basis for Taking back what is rightfully the property of the majority of Americans?

Once real statesmen are in power once again, what emergency measures might be employed?
For example:
1. Seizure of assets
2. Temporary government control of banks to protect against flight of illegally obtained assets
3. Military operations to seize information and assets in tax haven countries because they are known to hold stolen property of the citizens of America
4. Emergency healthcare funding for anyone that lost their health insurance
5. Reversal of Appointments by convicted felons
6. Tax increase on beneficiaries of the tax cut for the wealthy and estate tax cut to make up for losses incurred since the legislation was passed
7. New elections for any office that may have obtained through use of stolen data or other conspiracy, even if the person who was elected was not convicted of a crime
