PICTURE THIS!!!!

Since so much of the Republican voter suppression is disguised as voter fraud and their way they say to combat that is to have approved state id, why doesn't some one (who has some money to burn) start a foundation called "PICTURE THIS!" which would be a foundation to provide funding to poor folks who can't afford picture id. It would include document research and acquisition and rides to the DMV etc and cost of id?

I think this would get a lot more folks on the voter rolls. I know there might be some who would take advantage of it, but there could be safeguards such as income verification etc.
