I'm betting Moore slithered around places like the Subic Bay girlie clubs during the Vietnam War, preparing for his Mall escapades when he returned home.

It would be nice if because of Moore women in the military to speak up more easily, because if rape and assault are happening anywhere, you can bet it's going on in ships, submarines and military bases everywhere.

And military rank is a driving force.
