Doug Jones hires black COS. Is Democratic Party Establishment seeing the light?
A few weeks ago Saturday Night Live's Michael Che threw shade at the Democratic Party for taking the black vote for granted. Doug Jones is not making the same mistakes.
I am very to see this as winning requires a united party where all feel as if they matter.

Just to Rec This as it is known, this is unlikely to receive many recs as Doug Jones rightfully hired an African-American Democratic well-qualified man - to be his Chief of Staff after African-American voters handed Jones his historic victory. 
Either way, THANKS, DOUG JONES and look forward to your term in the U.S. Senate.
