But who am I kidding with that “ethical” bullshit? Of COURSE he recused himself: he didn’t want to go to prison. It’s entirely possible, in my mind at least, that he aided and abetted this traitorous lunacy from the beginning, but never thought it would go anywhere. Just like a certain book published today alleges about the entire Trump Gang.
