Pres. Obama did not have the staff turnover Trump has faced because those who worked with Obama did not have to kiss his ass or ring, flatter his ego(he had none), or pledge loyalty to him.

Obama's staff was loyal because he showed loyalty, faith, and respect for them in their abilities to do their jobs well. BIG DIFFERENCE!
