rain returns to cali from oregon to the mexican border. 1-2 inches many areas....

for San Diego. 80% chance on Tues. First chance if measurable rain in over 6 MONTHS! We need a few showers a week though. The ground is baked and hard and most of it will be run-off. We will take anything...desperate!

I just bought a book of San Diego photos from 100 years ago and it is a desert. Not a shrub, let alone a tree in most areas. People need the water and the growing population along with climate change is the problem.
