What if?

What if Mueller were to come out on Monday with charges on a member of Trump's family before they could fire him? What are the legal ramifications would take place?

Prosecutors can always dismiss a case (Nolle Prosse or outright dismissal with prejudice), other prosecutors can replace the prior ones and proceed, or it could just languish there until a Judge makes it move forward.
