Stop saying "Congress did this", "Congress blocked this", "Congress enables Trump". Say REPUBLICANS

It is frustrating to see not only journalists, but also some Democratic office holders go on national TV, and keep saying, when discussing what is going on, "Congress refused to renew children's insurance program," "Congress is letting Trump get away with breaking the law," etc etc...You should always be specific and say REPUBLICANS and never assume the average voter will figure it out. Say "the Republicans are trying to take away your healthcare", "Republicans killed the individual mandate in Obamacare and premiums will now go up for everyone,", "Republicans enacted a tax law to benefit the super rich at the expense of education, health, and other things that will benefit the middle class and the poor." The REPUBLICAN word should be highlighted. Saying "Congress" in general, gives the Repubs an out and lumps the Democrats with the destruction the REPUBLICAN congress and senate is unleashing on the nation.

Say it...
