Nation of Laws, not of Men (Trump and Co. seem to think it is the other way around)

Republicans in Congress will be facing a giant question with implications for all in the coming months.
Are we a nation of laws, or nation of men---meaning are they going to look at the evidence and decide to follow the law and the Constitution, or are they going to decide keeping their man in the White House at any cost is more important, the Constitution be damned. How they will act will be recorded in history and will have major implications on how future Presidents act and are held accountable.
