Mueller is mysteriously quiet...

Is something about to happen?

The tension from the White House is palpable. You can feel that nothing is normal.

Trump is pressuring the Republicans to do something. Anything. Just get Mueller off my trail.

The next couple of days may be very significant in this investigation?

he's not spoken out or released anything until a formal action has been taken. Frustrating for us, but he's the consummate professional.

That is the best description I have heard for this fraud occupying the Oval Office. 👍👍

Sessions could probably "on further review" un recuse himself but I don't think he'd take the chance.

He jumped off that ship the moment it even started to get near him.

And that's probably the scariest thing of all for Trump - he has absolutely no idea what Mueller is up to.

That would indicate thy he's feeling enough pressure to warrant a PR campaign. I'm totally good with silent and steady.

I had been thinking that too, mainly because of the sudden recent stoking of the wingnut outrage machine. But since the even more recent talk about him wanting to talk to Der Gropenfuhrer soon, I doubt that he's going to do anything dramatic like new indictments now. The only reason to do something like that before interviewing Dotard would be to get into his head so he'll spew nonsense and even more lies than usual, but his head is so empty that I doubt that that could happen. Even if he has more indictments ready, he'd want to ask the toddler-in-chief about those subjects--and get his lying testimony on the record--before revealing to the world what he knows.
