Make him draw the face of a clock. If he can do that, I'll STFU about thinking he's physically demented, as well as morally, and ethically.

And you've come to the conclusion he's an existential threat to all life. Do you advise him of his actual health, get him the multiple bypass he needs to live...or smile, shake his hand, and live with the medical certainty that in the very near future he will keel over, an autopsy will reveal your action, and you'll be held to account?

What would you do, if you were that physician?
