Ever watch Dotard sign a document?

His damn head goes up when capitalizes his name and then down for the rest of his name. Very animated.

I've tried to catch it and thought his right hand was incapable of making a right to left motion with the pen.

(Thank you so much for the multiple versions of this that I had to watch before I found one that included the signing . . . ) His whole body does shake a bit - and his head is a bit like a bobble-head - but I'm only seeing side-to-side motion.
